Wildlife Expeditions International takes the full responsibility for the correctness of all descriptions of the accommodations, packages and other services featured in this website. Full consent is given that in any case Wildlife Expeditions International only mediates an accommodation- or service-contract between the service provider and the guest and can not be held liable for insufficient and inadequate services or any safety deficiencies of a service provider.
The following cancellation fees apply:
For stays including at least 1 day within the date range 20th December to 3rd January
- More than 35 days prior to arrival date 20% of total price of booked services;
- 34 days or less prior to arrival date full price of booking.
For all other dates
- More than 30 days prior to arrival date 20% of total price of booked services;
- 29-14 days prior to arrival 30% of the price of the booked services with a minimum however of 3 nights*) hotel accommodation;
- 13-8 days prior to arrival 50% of the price of the booked services with a minimum however of 4 nights') hotel accommodation;
- 7-0 days prior to arrival or no-show full price of booked services, with a minimum of 5 night*) hotel accommodation.
Flight tickets according to the cancellation policy of the airline plus US $ 35 per ticket handling fee.
Modification fees after travel confirmation: Up to 8 days prior to departure US $ 20 per person; 7-0 days prior to departure US $ 50 per person.
A different cancellation policy applies for yacht cruises and for certain land arrangements - please check the respective price tables for details.
Rates and tariffs: price adjustments reserved due to changes of rates and currency exchange rates reserved.
The visitor tax on the French islands is charged locally by the hotels and is not included in the prices.
All beaches on the islands are public and are therefore not necessarily cared for by the hotels. Their conditions can depend on tides and weather. Subject of the contract are just the services and elements as listed.
Children: All stated prices for children only apply if they share a room or apartment with two adults.
The transfer rates refer only to transportation airport-hotel-airport or port - hotel - port on the Caribbean islands.
