Rental Terms/Requirements:
•  A copy of the electronic driver’s license so that the local permit can be created before the arrive. Also indicate which person or persons would be drivers
•  Local drivers license (1month validity) must pay on spot EC $30 / US $12.00.   
•  Minimum age for drivers is 25 years - maximum age is 65 years.
•  Security deposit required with Visa, MasterCard or Amex. The Credit card must be valid up to 2 months after rental. Deposit not payable in Cash.

Car Rental Terms
•     24-hour service
•     Free delivery and pickup service within catchment Roseau 
•     For all other pick up and drop off place fees applicable as below
•     A rental agent will be waiting outside the arrival area, who visibly greets customers with a name tag and an "Island Car Rental's" logo. 
After arrival at the ferry terminal in Roseau, customers are driven to the rental main office, where all papers and driver's licenses are processed. Receive a map with directions to your intended whereabouts.
•     Return vehicle with same fuel level as received. If Petrol is missing, the balance will be charged  pump price plus US$ 2.83 per gallon service charge
•     Avoid cleaning fees. The vehicle must be returned in the same condition.
•     Air Conditioning
•     Radio
•     Manual and Automatic cars available
•     No GPS available
•     Baby Seat and Child seat upon request, 3.50 US$ per day.  
Payment and Deposit:
•     Deposit US$ 1250,-  blocked from the Credit Card (Visa, MasterCard, or Amex possible) Needs to be valid at least 2 more months). Deposit not payable in Cash.
This deposit will be released at the end of the rental period if the rental vehicle is not damaged and all bills have been paid. For tenants who opt for the optional CDW comprehensive insurance, the deposit will be adjusted to the respective CDW insurance.
•     Although rental car insurance is included on the credit card, a deposit must be left in accordance with the selected CDW insurance. In the event of damage, tenant will be charged.
Insurance Conditions:
•     Inclusive of liability/ third party insurance included 
•     Driver and other persons are not insured
•     Additional CDW insurance should be booked
Bronze: $16 / £14 per day with a US$ 1.250 deductible.  This category applies only to collisions between our vehicle and another vehicle. It covers damage to the body of our vehicle. It does not apply to and does not cover damage however caused to any part or parts of the undercarriage or underbody of the vehicle, the windscreen, mirrors, tires, wheels.
Not included OFF-ROAD, maximum sum waived is US$ 2,830.00.

Gold: $56 / £47 per day with an US$ 850 deductible. 
 This category applies only to collisions between our vehicle and another vehicle. It covers damage to the body of our vehicle and any part or parts of the undercarriage or underbody of the vehicle, the windscreen, mirrors, tires, wheels. Not included OFF-ROAD, 
the maximum sum waived is US$7,547.00.

Platinum: $49 / £41 per day with US$ 550 deductible. 
 This category applies to collisions between our vehicle and another vehicle and collisions between our vehicle and property of a third party excluding animals. It covers damage to the body of our vehicle and any part or parts of the undercarriage or underbody of the vehicle, the windscreen, mirrors, tires, wheels.  Not included OFF-ROAD, the maximum sum waived is US$16,981.00. 

If no CDW insurance is booked on-site, the driver will be held liable for the entire cost in the event of damage.
Additional services on request (bookable and payable in advance):                
•     Pick Up/Return at the airport: $29 / £25
•     Different Location Drop off Fee: $32 / £27.
•     Pick Up/Drop off outside of Roseau: $32 / £27.
•     Second driver per day (except for spouses): $5 / £4. 
•     Additional cleaning fee: $44 / £37.
•     Additional cleaning fee smokers: $131 / £112

All vehicles are modernly equipped and in excellent condition to ensure comfort and luxury for our customers, the "oldest model" being the Kia Sportage from 2016.

•    All above information is subject to change. The legal deciding factor is the on-site from client signed rental agreement.
