A small heavenly hide away, on one of the most beautiful beaches in St. Martin. The two buildings, a single-storey villa with 4 rooms and a three-storey apartment villa with 3 studios and 3 apartments are situated on an area of 5000 square meters and approximately 7 to 10 meters above the sea. The villas pool decks and balconies offer the most magnificent views overlooking the sea all the way to its neighboring St. Barth. It is certainly the most ideal place for a holiday with the freedom of a private vacation home, yet close to many restaurants, bars and other tourist amenities.
Location:Dawn Beach at Oyster Pond on the east coast in the Dutch part of St. Martins, 10 minutes by car to the capital Philipsburg, 30 minutes to the airport. Several beach bars and restaurants within walking distance, as well as a supermarket, dive center, casino, spa, boat rentals, water sports, deep sea fishing and landing pier for excursion boats to neighboring islands such as St. Barth
Hotel facilities:Access from the facility to the beautiful white sandy beach, 3 pools with sun-decks (of which at least one is available to the guests), Barbeque. Cleaning of studio, apartment and villa every second Day.
Accommodation
Very tastefully decorated and furnished in beautiful Caribbean style. All units are equipped with TV, DVD Player and Wireless Internet.
Studios: One room with pull-out sofa transforming into a queen-sized bed, living/dining area and kitchenette, shower/WC, balcony or terrace, A/C and standing fan. For a fee: queen-sized mattress is supplied for the pull-out sofa.
Apartment 1st floor: Living room with ceiling fan and standing fan, one or two bedrooms with king-sized beds and A/C, shower/WC, terrace, kitchen, dining room, direct access to a pool with sun-deck. The living room has a pull-out sofa (transforms into a queen-sized bed) and a sliding wall that separates the sleeping area for more privacy if required.
Apartments 2nd floor or ground floor: Living room with kitchenette, dining table, ceiling fan and standing fan, two or three bedrooms with king-sized beds and A/C, shower/WC, balcony or terrace. The living room has a pull-out sofa that can be transformed into a queen-sized bed if required.
Villa: Separate building with a private pool and sun-deck; Living room, dining room, large kitchen, 3 bedrooms with king-sized beds and a fourth, smaller bedroom with a queen-sized bed; each bedroom has its own bathroom with a shower and WC. The living room and all the bedrooms have A/C and fans. The small bedroom of the villa can be rented separately as a studio.

Maximum Occupancy
Basically the maximum occupancy is 2 per studio or per bedroom. Exceptions are possible on request as there are bedrooms with the possibility of an additional bed or a futon bed and apartments where the living room could be used as bedroom as well. |
