A luxury residence hotel with impressive colonial architecture. The beautiful facility is located on a 100-years old plantation, where there was once Guadeloupe's first steam sugar refinery - already back then, it was a meeting place for the wealthy middle classes of the island. The impressive main building houses the reception area and Spa. Just off the large tropical park on the shore of a lagoon poo-like area with a gently sloping beach entry, are the two three-story wings with 50 rooms and suites.
