Sea Breeze Beach Hotel is an intimate, luxury all inclusive hotel located on the South coast of Barbados. This unique property offers stunning views, a wide range of facilities and amenities and 122 rooms in two categories. 78 Classic Collection Rooms and 44 Luxury Suites all beautifully decorated in a contemporary Caribbean Style.

Location:Beach Front Property, 20 Minutes drive to the Airport and about 15 Minutes Drive to the Capitol Bridgetown. In close proximity to St. Lawrence Gap, Ostins and Barbados Golf Club.
Hotel facilities:

Renovation: Complete renovation & brand new look of the existing exterior buildings. New sleek glass balconies. The rooms received new floors, wall finishing, new furniture, new bathrooms and boho-chic styling.

Facilities: Pool, Jacuzzi with sundecks. Sun Loungers. 4 Bars and 6 Restaurants (4 of them with Ocean Views). Seasonal entertainment nights. Adults only area with own pool Jacuzzi´s and oversize loungers, complementary WiFi. Beauty Salon, Spa Options in room service. Kids Club open daily. Family focused area in the heart of the resort with the renamed "Flying Fish Restaurant" & Family Pool, right on the beach.

Rooms: All Classic rooms/suites (78) are fully air- conditioned and have ceiling fans, complimentary WIFI, covered private terraces/ balconies, large bathrooms with rainfall shower, satellite flat screen TV, mini- fridges, tea and coffee making facilities, iron and board, in room safes and hairdryers. Room service is available for lunch and dinner with supplementary charge. All rooms are non-smoking.

Classic Standard 428sqft: equipped with 1 king size bed with queen sleeper sofa, or 2 queen size beds, No scenic view. Max 3 adults or 2 adults and 2 children

Classic Poolside Garden 428-444sqft: located on the ground floor, a few steps away from the poolside with furnished private Terrace. 1 king size bed 1 queen sleeper sofa or 2 queen size beds. Sleeping max 3 adults or 2 adults and 2 children

Classic Ocean View 380sqft or 428-444sqft: some rooms contain only a king size bed ( 380sqft). 1 king size bed with queen sleeper sofa, or 2 queen size beds Stunning views of the Caribbean Sea. Luxury Collection - Mahogany Suites (44) , completed in April 2018:

Located in the heart of the property, very spacious, great view of the Caribbean Sea. All rooms have direct oceanfront views, all the amenities of the Classic Collection rooms as well as upgraded elegant furnishings and amenities, luxury bathrooms, elevator, daily pre-stocked min bar, nightly turn down service on request, complementary beach bag, upgraded in room coffee service, personal concierge service and daily in room canapé selection.

Luxury Oceanfront Junior Suites: 600sqft King bed with queen sleeper sofa or two queen beds, large room with sitting area, desk and writing area with Ocean View and spacious balcony. Max 3 adults or 2 adults and 2 children.

Luxury Two bedroom Ocean Front Suites 1200sqft: This room consists of adjoining two Luxury Oceanfront Junior Suites, features 1 king size bed with queen sleeper sofa and 2 queen beds in the adjoining suite Max 6 adults or 6 adults and 2 children.

Luxury Two bedroom Family suite: 850sqft Two bedrooms one with 1 king size bed and the second with either a king size bed or 2 twin beds, a large bathroom with separate rainfall shower and tub, spacious living area with a queen sleeper sofa. Max 5 adults or 4 adults and 2 children.

Luxury Three 1450sqft and Four bedroom Suites 2050sqft: Available on request. Those rooms are created by joining a luxury two bedroom Family suite with one or two Luxury Oceanfront suites. Up to 10 adults or 10 adults and 2 children.

Important Note: Please note that construction will happen at Sea Breeze Beach Hotel in Barbados. It starts on the 27th of Sep until the 20th of October. The Mahogany Restaurant will be moved from the ground floor to the rooftop of the building. There will be one stack of scaffolding erected on the 27th Sept and removed on the 20th October 2018. • The handheld machines will include Drills, Mallets and Welding as they secure the ducts to the outer structure of the building. • The work will be completed between the hours of 10am – 5pm. • Anyone booked in the Luxury suites will be allocated to the opposite end of the building. Children Policy: Children 0-2 years free. Child 3-11 years $ 112 / £ 95 per day. Child 12-16 years $ 141 / £ 120 per day. Additional person 17 years and older $ 187 / £ 159 per day, not possible in Ocean Front Superior double room. Single room rates are available on request.
Minimum Stay: 1 night = 01.05. - 20.12.2019 7 nights = 21.12. - 05.01.2020
Cancellation Policy: Cancellation Charges will apply to the full value of the stay. 56-42 day before arrival 25% 41-21 days before arrival 50% 27-14 days before arrival 75% 13-7 days before arrival 90% less than 7 days 100%. Early Check Out: 50% Charges of the remaining stay will be charged! Bookings: Full payment is due 21 days prior to arrival!
Airport Transfers on arrival + departure including meet & greet service: $ 81 / £ 69 per person. Infants below 2 years are free. Valid until 15.12.2019. Note: please note that from the 1st of July 2018 a new environmental tax has been introduced in Barbados of US $5.50 per bedroom / per night, to be paid on site directly at check-out.
