Attention, please note that from the 1st of July 2018 a new environmental tax has been introduced in Barbados of US $5.50 per bedroom / per night regardless of occupancy, to be paid on site directly at check-out. 

Children Policy:
Infants refer to Children between the ages of 0-2. Infants 2 and under stay free and are counted as part of the maximum occupancy.

Child Age refers to children between the ages of 3 and 16 years inclusive.
First Child (3-16 years) stays free with 2 paying adults in the same room. Extra Child fee as per extra Person fee.

Additional person: $ 115 / £ 98 per day.
Minimum Stay:
3 nights between 06.01.2018 and 20.12.2019
7 nights between 21.12.2019 and 05.01.2020
Deposit:
There is a mandatory incidental deposit taken a check in by either credit card or via cash deposit.  Guests are recommended to activate signing privileges by allowing a deposit of US$ 50 per room per day to be authorized on their card. If the guest declines this service, they will need to pay a fixed amount of US$ 150 in either cash or credit card as their authorization. All unused amounts of the deposit will be refunded on departure in Barbados Dollar.
Cancellation Policy:
Cancellation -with reference No.- must be received in writing on a per booking basis and the following cancellation penalties /charges will apply to the full value of the stay:
56-42 days 25%,
41-28 days 50%,
27-14 days 75%,
3 - 7 days 90% 6 days and below 100%. Should the expected arrival not materialize the Distributor will be charged 100% of the total cost of stay. Should guests leave the resort prior to their departure a charge of 50% of the value of their remaining stay will apply.
